Biography

Dr Monali has 18 and a half years of teaching experience (including P.G. and M.Phil. - ELT classes) as Asst. Professor and then as Associate Professor in Banasthali University – Rajasthan. She has wide experience in teaching, research supervision, editorial activities, theatrical supervision and administrative works. She has been actively involved in administrative activities as member in Admission Committee, Grievance committee, Annual Report Committee, Public Relations Committee, Social Media Committee etc. at Banasthali University before joining Jaypee Institute. She is entrusted with confidential works from CBSE from time to time and is regularly called as external examiner for Ph.D in various Universities. 7 scholars have been awarded Ph.D. under supervision which includes 1 foreign national candidate. She is actively involved in administrative work at JIIT apart from teaching and research and has organised two International Conferences at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida as one of the three coordinators, since joining this Institute in 2016. She has established 3 Language Labs at JIIT, sector 62 and Sector 128 Noida and is the Coordinator of Sector 62 campus labs since their inception.
