Biography

Dr. R.K. Dwivedi did his M.Sc. in Physics from Kanpur University followed by M. Tech. and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Technology from IIT BHU, Varanasi. After completing Ph.D., Dr. Dwivedi has worked as a post doctoral fellow in the Department of Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science, IIT Bombay.  Dr. Dwivedi has been working in the field of synthesis and characterization of advance materials for last 18 years. His research finding includes the development of materials for Barrier Layer Capacitor (BLC) applications and publication of a series in three parts on Valence Compensated Perovskite Oxides. Dr. Dwivedi is recipient of a best paper presentation award. He has received life membership of MRS India. He has collaboration with IIT BHU, SSPL, NPL and IISc Bangalore.  He has supervised 9 M. Tech. Dissertations and 5 Ph.D. theses.  He is a reviewer of several journals of international repute. Dr. Dwivedi has completed 3 research projects sponsored by DST, DRDO, AICTE and one National project on MEMS and Smart Systems sponsored by NPMASS as a Principal Investigator/Co-Investigator/Coordinator.
