BIOGRAPHY

Rishibrind Kumar Upadhyay has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Agra,and earned his Master of Technology (M.Tech.)degree from Delhi Technological University DTU, Delhi, Rishibrind has worked with the educational and research organization for three years before joining a regular PhD programwith IIT (BHU), Varanasi. He completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Electronics Engineering in the IIT(BHU), Varanasi in the year 2021for the dissertation on“Fabrication and Characterization of Some Inorganic/Hybrid Perovskite-Based Photodetectors.” After that,he worked as an Assistant Professor (ad-hoc) at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, and as an Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology Delhi NCR Campus Ghaziabad. His core expertise lies in the field of “Fabrication and characterizations of Perovskite thin film-based devices, and its application in the field of optoelectronics, biosensing, and solar cell applications”.
