BIOGRAPHY

Ritu Raj was born in Jamshedpur, India, in 1988. He received the Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology in 2010, the Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (with Control Systems specialization) from National Institute of Technology Patna in 2013, and the Doctoral degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2018. He was a postdoctoral researcher during 2019-2020 at Kyungpook National University, Republic of Korea. Prior to joining JIIT, he was on the faculty of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota, India, during 2020-2023. He is a Member of Asian Control Association, and Automatic Control & Dynamic Optimization Society.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Intelligent Control, Soft Computing, Fuzzy Systems, Machine Learning and its applications in healthcare and robotics.
